I was invited by a friend (via facebook) to join a cause - one I had not heard of...until now. I am still trying to figure out why there is not more concern over this. I think we need to take notice and action!! It is a sad state of affairs when you cannot trust your own government - one that is supposed to be by the people and FOR the people.
I have really never been one to get involved in politics. When I was in beauty school we were taught that there are three things you never discuss - religion, politics and sport (not sure why on that one) :-) Since politics was not a topic to discuss, I guess I really never paid much attention, aside from the presidential elections. Well, it looks like that is about to change. I cannot, with good conscience, sit idly by and let the UN and an international country take away my parental rights. God blessed me & my husband with these beautiful children. He has equipped us to raise them - not the UN or any other government.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. Check it out then write your congressman and state representative!
